Chocolate Tea Cups

Ingredients
- 225ml Double Cream
- 175ml Whole Milk
- 1 Earl Grey Tea Bag
- 1 English Breakfast Tea Bag
- 375g mix of milk and dark chocolate, roughly chopped
Method
Step 1: Start by pouring the cream and milk into a saucepan over the contents of the earl grey tea bags. Then, gently bring the mixture to the boil. Once warm, in a larger bowl pour the mixture over the roughly chopped chocolate and stir until all of the chocolate has melted.
Step 2: Pour the mixture into 12 small tea cups and chill until firm.
