Do Morphy Richards kettles come with a warranty?
All of our kettles come with a 2-year warranty as standard, giving you peace of mind with your Morphy Richards product. We also provide an extra year’s warranty if you register your product with us - it’s quick and easy to do. Our warranties do not cover spares.
What is Morphy Richards’ returns process?
Our online returns centre has made returns super easy. Simply enter a few details, follow the instructions and we’ll provide shipping guidelines (once approved).
As stated in our returns policy, we will happily refund a faulty item within 30 days of delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and a further 14 days to return the goods. For a full refund, you must return the goods in a new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
