Slow Cooked Hot Honey Chicken Noodles
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 4-7 hours
Serves: 4 people (502 cal/serving - £1.75 pp)
Ingredients:
- Chicken Thighs - 400g
- Sriracha - 4 tbsp
- Soy Sauce - 7 tbsp
- Hoisin - 1 tbsp
- Honey - 7 tbsp
- Minced Garlic - 1 tbsp
- Minced Ginger - 1 tbsp
- 1 tbsp Cornflour + 1 tbsp Water (to make slurry)
- 200ml Chicken Stock
- 400g Egg Noodles - cooked
- 2 Spring Onions - sliced
Method:
Step 1: Add all the ingredients other than the Noodles and Spring Onion to the Slow Cooker
Step 2: Stir and set on High for 4 hours (or 7 Hours on Low)
Step 3: Add in the Noodles and mix
Step 4: Serve with a dash of Spring Onions
Step 5: Enjoy!
