Creamy Mushroom Soup in the Soup Maker | James Brooks Recipes
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4 people
Ingredients
- 2 Punnets of Mushrooms (I used Chestnut and Cup)
- 3-4 Cloves of Garlic - Chopped
- 1 White Onion - Diced
- 1 Tsp Knorr Aromat Seasoning
- 2-3 Sprigs of Fresh Thyme
- 1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 Tsp mixed herbs
- 2 Tsp Paprika
- Sea Salt
- Pepper
- 1 TBSP Corn Starch
- 150ml Milk
- 250g Butter (cubed)
- 150ml White Wine
- Chopped Fresh Parsley to serve
- Double Cream to serve
Method:
Step 1: Add everything to the Soup Maker (except the garnishes).
Step 2: Stir it and set to “Chunky”.
Step 3: Allow to cool for 2 minutes.
Step 4: Serve and garnish.
Step 5: Enjoy!
