Passion Fruit Martini

Celebrate National Cocktail Day in style with this exquisite Passion Fruit Martini recipe (also known as a pornstar martini) from BBC Good Food. Combining the lush, tropical notes of ripe passion fruit with the smooth, robust flavors of vodka this cocktail is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. 

Preparation Time: 5 minutes 
Serves: 2

Ingredients 

• 2 passion fruits, halved
• 60ml vodka
• 30ml passoa
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tbsp sugar syrup
• prosecco, to serve
• Ice

Method

Step 1: Remove the seeds from one of the passion fruits and pop that into the cocktail shaker. 

Step 2: Add the vodka, passoa, lime juice and sugar syrup and a handful of ice. 

Step 3: Shake the mixture well! 

Step 4: Once shaken, strain into 2 martini glasses and top up with prosecco. 

Step 5: Next, slice the second passion fruit in half and place one half onto the top of the cocktail. 

Serve!
