Pizza Rolls

Pizza rolls are a fantastic choice for hosting friends or serving as a snack during sports games, thanks to their delicious versatility and ease of preparation. These bite-sized, cheesy treats offer the flavours of a classic pizza in a convenient form, making them ideal for any casual gathering or game-day feast.

Ingredients
- 250g ciabatta bread mix
- 1 tub (350g) tomato garlic pasta sauce
- 4 tbsp grated mozzarella
- a small bunch basil, shredded
Method
Step 1: Firstly, preheat the oven to 200/fan 180C/gas6. Then, follow the instructions on the ciabatta bread mix to make the dough. Once made, roll out into a large rectangle.
Step 2: Next, spread half of the tomato sauce onto the dough and sprinkle over the cheese and basil. Then roll up the dough like a swiss roll.
Step 3: Following this, cut into 12 slices and arrange onto a baking tray approximately 2cm apart and cut-side up. Leave them for 10 minutes to allow them to rise, then place them in the oven to bake for 20-25 minutes until they are puffed and golden. Place the remaining sauce into a separate bowl for dipping.
