Make The Ultimate Cappuccino

Ingredients:
- 18g ground espresso (or 1 espresso pod)
- 150ml milk
To serve
- cocoa powder (optional)
Method:
Step 1: Brew about 35ml of espresso in your coffee machine and pour it into the bottom of your cup.
Step 2: Use the steamer attachment to froth the milk, aiming for 4-6cm of foam on top. Hold the milk jug about 3-4cm above the cup and pour steadily. As the cup fills, bring the jug closer to the surface, pouring into the centre. Once the jug is nearly touching the coffee, tilt it to pour faster. This technique lets the milk fold into a pattern on top. Add a light dusting of cocoa powder, if desired.
