Bread Maker Cake Mix
Ingredients:
- 150g melted butter
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- 3 medium eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 234g plain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 226g caster sugar
Method:
- Mix group 1 together in a separate bowl.
- Sieve group 2 together in a second bowl.
- Combine groups 1 and 2 together until mixed.
- Pour mixture into Baking Pan together.

can you tell me i have put the mixture allready mixed up as said and put in pan but when i switched it on to no 10 it said 2 hrs 50 mins and started mixing which i did not need it mixing as already mixed,can you shorten timer or what do you do as thats a long time to bake a cake.
