Hi Graham, we have a Murphy Richards bread maker and if we make rolls we use the ‘dough’ setting. The program runs for around 1hour 30 I think.
When it’s finished take it out divide it into however many portions (around 5-6 for us.
Then cover with a dry cloth to allow to rise, then bake.
Hope this helps.
My wife is bedridden so I now do all cooking, I am not natural cook so get mixed results!!!!.
We have a Fast Bake Morphy Richards breadmaker. I fancied making some hot cross buns but the above receipt does not say what program to use to mix the doe on my machine. Also the manual is no more helpful as again it doesn’t show a suitable program for buns nor state a program that will, mix the doe, then stop and ring to add the currents to then go onto a mix again, so you can remove the doe, make into buns, then bake then in oven. Anyone know the machine and suitable setting.
