This toastie recipe guarantees the best, cheesiest toasties with minimal effort!
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of your favourite bread (can use gluten-free bread)
- 30g cheddar cheese, grated
- 30g mozzarella cheese, grated
- 30g brie, sliced
- 1 tsp butter (for spreading)
- A pinch of black pepper (optional)
Method:
Step 1: Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. This will give your toastie a lovely golden crisp once cooked.
Step 2: Place the buttered side of one slice facing down on a plate. Sprinkle the grated cheddar and mozzarella over it, then layer with the sliced brie. Season with a pinch of black pepper if desired.
Step 3: Top with the second slice: Place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side facing up.
Step 4: Place the sandwich in the toastie maker. Close the lid and cook for 3-5 minutes. Make sure you turn over the toastie maker after the first 2-3 minutes.
Step 5: Once cooked, remove the toastie from the toastie maker, slice, and enjoy the delicious, melty goodness of your three-cheese toastie.
